Darin Klemchuk, an intellectual property trial lawyer, focuses his practice on
patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property
litigation and enforcement. In addition, Mr. Klemchuk has extensive experience

development, trade-secret, and non-compete disputes. Recently named by D Magazine as
